Litigation Team has deep subject matter knowledge and experience around IP claims, including patent, trade secret, trademark, trade dress and copyright infringement. We handle patent litigation nationwide in federal courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office?s Patent Trial and Appeal Board, as well as frequently appearing before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Our firm?s IP litigation lawyers work with a broad array of national and international corporate clients from startups to multinational companies. Our clients operate in diverse industry sectors and technologies, including financial systems, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and software, aviation systems, building materials, and electronics. We seek a highly qualified mid-level patent litigation associate with four to seven year?s post-JD patent litigation experience required, along with IP litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in matters relating to patent, as well as trade secret and other IP litigation, and a strong technical background with computer engineering, physics, electrical engineering, biomechanical or mechanical engineering preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction.
