Job Description


Wyrick Robbins is seeking a Wyrick Robbins is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 3+ years of relevant experience to join its leading Commercial Real Estate practice. The firm has a collegial office environment with leading practitioners on sophisticated matters at a regional, national and even international level.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition and initiative and should have relevant experience to assist clients with a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions and matters including:

  • acquisitions, dispositions and finance of commercial real property;
  • representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leases;
  • representation for loans secured by commercial real estate; and
  • land development, condominium, covenants, contracts with developers, builders, and third-party service providers.

NC Bar admission (or ability to waive in) preferred. Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics. Excellent written, analytical and verbal skills required.
