Mid - Level Corporate Associate

The ideal candidate will be based in Las Vegas and have a three to six years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, venture capital, and angel investments. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the Nevada Bar. Our Corporate and Securities Practice focuses on the business objectives of our clients.
