The New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire stellar mid-level associate for our Private Funds, Secondaries practice. The ideal candidates should have 3 - 5 years of secondaries experience, be admitted to the New York Bar and have excellent credentials. Associate should have experience working on secondary transactions, preferably GP-led secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles. Associates should have experience with negotiating fund organizational documents, as well as experience with purchase and sale of assets, whether portfolio companies or limited partnership interests. Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
