Job Description

Finnegan?s Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams continue to grow and are seeking junior-level mid-level associates with experience in 4G/5G telecommunications in our Washington Office.

Successful candidates must have 1-3 3-5 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB.PTAB. Must have at least 2 years solid litigation experience. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree required. Prior patent prosecution experience preferred. USPTO registration number preferred. Previous work experience in 4G/5G telecommunications is required.required.
