Cooley LLP has opportunities available for attorneys with 4-6 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs. High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required. EOE.
The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
