Mission/Purpose of the Position:The Medical Business Development Lead will play a crucial role in our growth and will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with local mental health professionals.
We are dedicated to building strong relationships with local psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists to ensure high-quality patient referrals and care. The Medical Business Development Lead will be at the forefront of this effort, increasing the number of individuals we reach with and can support with their treatment resistant depression.
Accountabilities:- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to establish relationships with local psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists
- Organize and host weekly dinner meetings with the team and local mental health professionals to foster collaboration
- Visit offices of local mental health professionals regularly to build rapport and discuss referral opportunities
- Coordinate and attend lunches with potential referral sources to strengthen relationships
- Manage and optimize incoming referrals in collaboration with the management team
- Track and report on business development activities and referral outcomes
Requirements
Qualifications:- Experience in a business development and/or sales position
- Experience with medical device and/or pharmaceutical sales
Benefits
Base salary: $75,000 - $95,000 + commission
OTE: $140,000 - $190,000
