About the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing trade show campaigns for Eriez-USA and supporting the creation and execution of other marketing initiatives designed to generate leads and improve brand awareness. This position reports to the Eriez-USA Senior Director of Sales and has a dotted line to the Vice-President of Global Marketing.

Trade Shows

  • Organize and manage Eriez-USA exhibitions with sales and the corporate marketing team. Initiate, execute, support and monitor the success of the annual tradeshow schedule on all approved shows.
  • Enter internal orders for trade show equipment and promotional materials for each show.
  • Collaborate with sales team and corporate marketing team for each show to define the event strategy and requirements for materials, including definition of messaging.
  • Create digital booth layouts and place all trade show orders including booth space, electrical, rigging, carpet, etc. Meet submission deadlines to qualify for reduced pricing.
  • Liaise with internal design team, agencies or vendors to develop and deliver new designs and promotional materials.
  • Manage inventory of US-based trade show materials.
  • Support all North America and LATAM trade shows as needed, including assembling kits for all shows (literature, booth supplies, giveaways, etc.) and updating touchscreen monitors with the sales app.
  • Track all information, contacts and costs in ShowGo software.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns centered on key shows.

Lead Management

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) lead management: maintain marketing campaigns, lead sources and source campaigns.
  • Lead management: manually enter or import leads received from the website, online directories, advertisement responses, purchasing intention leads (PILs), phone, e-mail and other inquiries.
  • Track and report lead totals to corporate monthly.

Other:

  • Maintain Eriez Logo Shop inventory (branded and promotional items) and process orders.
  • Giveaway magnet kits: order raw materials, assemble and maintain adequate inventory.
  • Support Eriez' global marketing and communication team needs as directed.
  • Assist in the coordination of seminars, presentations, meetings and conferences, etc.
  • Maintain the Eriez-USA Marketing page on the eriez.net intranet, making sure that all content and documents are relevant and updated.
  • In all responsibility areas, regularly evaluate programs and processes and propose improvements.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, including creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) detailing how major aspects of role are executed.
  • Other related business duties and activities assigned by immediate supervisor and other management staff.

Hourly Pay: $26.50/ hr. - $30.00/hr. (Pay commensurate with experience)
