AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of

Manager, Smart Pricing Data, Global Parts .

This role will be responsible for proactively identifying data gaps, analyzing and automating market trends, and supporting price decisions to maximize opportunities.

AI/ML Learning: leverage new and innovative solutions to automate pricing processes, data validation and price decision optimization.

Proactively leverage advanced analytical tools to support global pricing initiatives and opportunities bringing skills to provide best in class guidance for achieving strategic growth.

Competitive intelligence: analyze and disseminate information about industry, competitors and customers. Monitors competition to identify areas for improvement and differentiation. Keep track of industry trends and developments.

Market intelligence: Analyze and disseminate information about markets across the 4 Regions to identify opportunities.

Your Impact

Leverage intelligence tools and applications to analyze internal and external data sources and develop learning models providing insights to support key decision making and recommendations.

Proactively provide coherent recommendations from analytical models while clearly defending and explaining the data to management and other sponsors.

Proactively build strategies to learn competitor pricing (using as an example web scraping solutions) and distribution partners and customer behavior. Adjust strategies and modeling accordingly in close collaboration with stakeholders.

Support analysis of financial implications of pricing changes, including impacts on margins, revenues, and market share.

Proactively develop and enhance pricing analytics tools and applications to support the pricing activities and strategies globally.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Master's Degree in Data Science or comparable.

5+ years' experience in an advanced data analytics role, preferably in aftersales parts, consulting or pricing context.

Proven experience developing and defending machine learning models.

Detailed understanding of the complexities of Modern business dynamics, preferably within a global organization.

Agricultural, OEM pricing and/or After Sales sector experience is a plus.
