Maintenance Technician

At Banyan Living, we take pride in creating exceptional living environments for our residents. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and functionality of our luxury apartment homes across the greater Cleveland and Columbus metropolitan areas.

Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and ensuring that all facilities are in top condition. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual who is committed to delivering excellent service and is passionate about maintaining high standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred (1-2 years).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC maintenance.
• Willingness to be on call for emergency maintenance situations.
