Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Winston Salem, NC

Pay Range: $25.00-$35.00

What's the Job?

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure continuous production.

Support new installations of mechanical equipment to comply with safety and code requirements.

Complete and document preventive maintenance on equipment.

Assist with repairs of mechanical equipment in compliance with safety and code requirements.

Work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and facility engineers in a team environment.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED.

Experience with hand and power tools used in mechanical and plumbing trades.

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and equipment manuals.

Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and Maintain Secret Level Clearance.

Must have CNC, Welding, and Electrical Experience

Must be able to pass Background and Drug Screen

B: Sun, M, Tue the first week and S, M, T, W the second week (6p-6a or 4p-4a, TBD)

D: W, Th, F, Sat the first week and Th, Fr, Sat, the second week (6p-6a or 4p-4a, TBD)
