Machine Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Machine Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician

Location: Winston Salem, NC

Shift: 4/3-12hr shifts 2nd shift positions

Pay Range:

$52,000 - $72,800

What's the Job?

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure continuous production.

Complete and document preventive maintenance on equipment.

Assist higher positioned maintenance personnel with repairs and mechanical work.

Support new installations of mechanical equipment to comply with safety and code requirements.

Work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and facility engineers in a team environment.

What's Needed?

5-10yrs of machine maintenance

Experience with hand and power tools used in mechanical and plumbing trades.

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and equipment manuals.

Forklift operator license and hazardous material handling certification.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with Secret Level Clearance required.
