Maintenance Mechanic

The optimal candidate will need to have at least 5 years of experience working on packaging machinery within a food manufacturing facility or comparable environment.

Requirements

1. Mechanical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical tasks, especially pertaining to packaging machinery.
2. Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment or a similar industrial setting.
3. Skill Test: Must be able to pass a skill test showcasing mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
4. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues in a timely manner.
5. Physical Stamina and Strength: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy machinery parts as needed.
6. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, essential in identifying and resolving machinery issues and performing maintenance tasks accurately.
7. Communication: Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical team members.
8. Flexibility: Must be available to work flexible hours in line with the needs of a dynamic production environment.
9. Reliability: Dependable and consistent, showing a strong commitment to job responsibilities and deadlines.
