Maintenance Planner

• Create and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment in our facility
• Coordinate repair schedules with maintenance technicians
• Monitor work order backlog, assign work orders, and prioritize tasks to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally at all times
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Foster strong relationships with equipment vendors to ensure timely delivery of replacement parts and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve production processes and reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate findings to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years' experience in a maintenance planning role in an industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and related repair and maintenance procedures
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a complex schedule
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
