Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the equipment processing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD
Pay Range:
$18.55/hour
What's the Job?
Disassemble used or faulty equipment, clean each component thoroughly, and reassemble according to procedures.
Rotate dated equipment and raw materials following established procedures.
Operate the autoclave and other apparatus to process equipment per approved procedures.
Deliver all production supplies to designated locations and monitor kitchen supplies for sufficient availability.
Support the Equipment Processing team by identifying training needs and facilitating training as applicable.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours as required.
