Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Lincoln, NH
Pay Range:
$18.00 per hour (with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts)
What's the Job?
Operate various machines including presses, lathes, and crimping machines according to established procedures.
Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings to ensure accurate production.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the work area.
Record production data accurately, including good and scrap parts.
What's Needed?
Ability to read and interpret measuring devices and blueprints.
Basic math skills and proficiency in English.
Experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required.
Ability to use basic hand tools and troubleshoot simple quality issues.
Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
