Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Lincoln, NH
Pay Range:
$18.00 per hour (with a $3.50 shift differential for 2nd shift)
What's the Job?
Operate various machines and equipment to assist with manufacturing processes.
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
Maintain accurate records of production output and report any defects.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What's Needed?
Ability to read and interpret measuring devices.
Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions.
Experience operating machinery is preferred but not required.
Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
