Our client, a leading diesel engine manufacturer is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, commitment to task and a strong sense of teamwork which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Lakewood NY
Pay: $17.25/hr.- $18.25/hr. Increase after 30 days.
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available
What?s the Job?
Uses a variety of machines to remove metal from castings / raw materials in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions in accordance with the process documentation.
Actively lead / participate as needed in continuous improvement that improves safety, cost, quality, and delivery.
Participates in training and personal development, Trains other department personnel.
Actively engages in assuring the continual well-being of themselves and their co-workers.
