Machine Operator - $21.00 - $24.00 + / Hour
2nd Shift - Mon. - Thur. 4:00 pm - 2:00 am

We are looking for an experience Machine Operator to work in a manufacturing environment in Green Bay, WI. Some CNC experience is preferred - but training will be provided for the right candidate! If you are motivated, hard working, and willing to learn

What will you be doing?
Operate various machines (including CNC - training can be provided)
Achieve productivity and quality standards
Produce quality parts according to customer operation drawings
Gauge and record products parts
Measure parts and products to ensure accuracy
Perform own quality assurance testing
Assist to resolve and trouble shoot problems
Ensure the completion of all required production paperwork, records, and documentation
Exhibit and enforce a culture where safety is priority!
Actively participate in improvement, driving the 5s culture, and policy standards

Exceptional Attendance Record and Work History
Willing to work overtime if necessary
Some CNC esperience - but willing to train if solid machine operating experience
Conciencious and able and willing to follow generally acceptable manufacturing rules and procedures.
