M&A Associate

Join our elite team of M&A lawyers! We work on some of the most exciting transactions on the planet with cutting-edge companies in the technology and life sciences space and are looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Preferred candidates would have experience as an integral associate on M&A transactions, with experience drafting definitive transaction agreements and assisting to managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction, including due diligence and disclosure letters, coordinating with subject matter experts, and assisting to manage the client relationship. Superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Successful candidates may sit in New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle. Note that this is not a general corporate role and a successful candidate would be a full-time M&A associate. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $260,000 ? $365,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
