Join our elite team of M&A lawyers! We work on some of the most exciting transactions on the planet with cutting-edge companies in the technology and life sciences space and are looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 6-8 years of relevant experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Preferred candidates would have experience as a lead associate on M&A transactions, with experience drafting definitive transaction agreements and leading all other aspects of a strategic transaction, including leading the M&A team and supervising more junior M&A associates, coordinating with subject matter experts, and assisting to manage the client relationship and lead negotiations with transaction counterparties. Superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Successful candidates may sit in New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle. Note that this is not a general corporate role and a successful candidate would be a full-time M&A associate. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $390,000 ? $435,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
