The Washington, DC, office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Litigation & Trial Practice/Antitrust associate with 4 years' experience to join a growing antitrust team with a focus on government enforcement/merger/counseling matters. A successful applicant will enjoy regular client exposure, project management responsibilities, and diverse work across a variety of interesting industries and clients on a collaborative team. Experience with antitrust law (counseling, investigations, and/or litigation) is required. Previous work on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired, and prior government agency experience is a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
