Job Description
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Senior skilled Attorney with 6+ years of commercial litigation experience for its to join our Litigation business unit in Scottsdale, AZ. All candidates Candidates must have 5+ years of litigation practice experience and an active Arizona Bar license. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience: substantive trial experience and skills:
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong experience
- Experience working with e-discovery software
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills; and strong skills
- Strong academic credentials. Experience working credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with e-discovery software is preferred. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and organized, and will possess a solid work ethic. All candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in Arizona.
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $170,000 -$195,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
