Job Description

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of construction experience for its Construction Business Unit in Scottsdale, AZ. Ideal candidates will have courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Prior experience handling construction claims including litigation and/or arbitration; preparation of construction industry contracts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals considered a plus. Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and must possess a solid work ethic. All candidates must have a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and must be currently licensed to practice law in Arizona.

The salary range at the time of posting is $130,000 $155,000 - $165,000 $175,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
