Litigation Attorney - Professional Liability

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of professional litigation experience to join its Wilmington, DE office. This attorney should have experience in general commercial and professional liability litigation (especially healthcare, ENO/DNO, specialty care and senior living litigation), human trafficking and sexual abuse litigation, mass torts and class actions. Our team defends licensed professionals and institutions, including nursing homes, drug, alcohol and mental health treatment centers, and other specialty or skilled care facilities. We also defend insurance agents and brokers, lawyers, architects, engineers and other licensed professionals. In addition, the team has defended multiple professional sports teams and organizations including USA Gymnastics and Boy Scouts of America. Salary Range: $115,000 to $190,000
