Job Description

Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience working in general commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on insurance coverage analysis and litigation, and class actions. Prior law firm experience in drafting insurance coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage and bad faith suits or class action litigation preferred. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
