Litigation Associate

The Indianapolis, Indiana office of Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 600 attorneys in 18 offices across nine states and Washington, D.C., seeks an associate with 5-7 years of complex business and commercial litigation experience to join our Business Litigation Practice Group. Successful candidates will have experience with written discovery and depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions, attending mediations and court appearances, and assisting at trial. Applicants must also have a strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

The salary range for this role accounts for the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $200,000-$215,000 and will have a title of Senior Associate or Managing Associate depending on the level of experience. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
