Job Description


Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, seeks an attorney to join its Defense Litigation practice group in New York. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients in a wide range of complex insurance defense matters, including?but not limited to?general liability, premise liability, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters. Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Estimated $140,000 to $180,000. The estimated salary range displayed is specifically for those applicants who will perform work in New York if selected for the role and is not applicable to other locations. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary range, market data, applicant skills, relevant experience, degrees, or certifications. Kindly note: Direct applicants only.
