Litigation Associate

Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd., a Chicago-based intellectual property law practice of over 80 attorneys and patent agents, seeks a Litigation Associate to join our growing Chicago office. The attorney will be responsible for all aspects of intellectual property litigation practice including, for example, discovery, motion practice, depositions, Markman hearings, opinions, client counseling, negotiations and licensing, trial preparation and practice, and appellate practice. All candidates must have two to three years of litigation experience to be considered. Candidates should possess strong writing and analytical skills, superior academic credentials, and a technical background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or a related field. Candidates must be registered or eligible to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
