Job Description
The Litigation Department is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Candidates should have a strong academic record, excellent legal research and writing skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the rules of civil procedure for both state and federal courts. This associate will gain high-level experience in sophisticated commercial litigation. When applying, please provide your resume, law school transcript and a writing sample.
