Job Description

We are looking to add an experienced Associate Attorney to our Construction Defect team with excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills, interested in working on complex construction defect cases. This position will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies for complex legal issues. A license to practice law in the state of Colorado is required.

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of progressive civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration) in construction, construction defect, or complex commercial litigation.

SALARY RANGE: $105,000 ? $120,000, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate's level of experience.
