We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Commercial Litigation Commercial Litigation team who has excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills, and is interested in working on exciting and cutting-edge cases.

Our ideal candidate will have 5?10 3?5 years of progressive civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience). This position will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies for complex legal issues. A license to practice law in the state of Colorado is required.

SALARY RANGE: $120,000 $105,000 ? $145,000, $120,000, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate's level of experience.
