Life Coach

Kelowna Human Resources is seeking a passionate and dedicated Life Coach to join our dynamic team. As a Life Coach, you will conduct one-on-one sessions, develop tailored coaching programs, and provide ongoing support and motivation throughout the coaching journey. • Conduct individual coaching sessions to guide clients toward achieving personal and professional goals.
• Develop personalized coaching plans based on the unique needs and aspirations of each client.
• Utilize various coaching techniques and tools to facilitate personal growth and self-discovery.
• Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability to clients throughout their coaching journey.
• Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Create and facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions on relevant topics.
• Maintain detailed records of client sessions and progress in adherence to confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Life Coach or in a related counseling role.
• Certification in Life Coaching or a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of personal development methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to take action and achieve their goals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients.
• A compassionate mindset and a genuine desire to help others improve their lives.
