Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Financial Advisor Assistant / Policy Review Agent to join our team. In this dual role, you will support financial advisors with administrative and client service tasks while also reviewing insurance policies to ensure clients have the right coverage for their needs. This is an in-office position that offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Advisor Support
    • Schedule and confirm client appointments; maintain advisor calendars.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
    • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and documentation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
  • Policy Review Agent Duties
    • Review and analyze clients' insurance policies for accuracy, completeness, and suitability.
    • Identify coverage gaps or inconsistencies and recommend updates or enhancements.
    • Communicate policy details and recommendations to clients in a clear, professional manner.
    • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
    • Stay current with insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
    • Maintain organized records of policy reviews and client communications.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or administrative support is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of financial products, insurance policies, and industry terminology.
    • Active Life Insurance License.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or financial software systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
