Corporate Receptionist / Operations Support

Location: 8725 Pendery Place, Bradenton, FL 34201
Type: Full-Time

In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face of our company, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience while playing a key part in maintaining our records and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and warmly welcome all visitors with a cheerful smile, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately, using software such as NetSuite.
  • Maintain up-to-date and thorough client records.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care and attention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with NetSuite Oracle software is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Friendly, professional attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
