Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Holyoke, MA. This per-diem position is ideal for a caring, dependable nurse ready to support patient recovery through hands-on, personalized care.

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and assist with clinical procedures
• Support wound care , catheterization , and recovery routines
• Collaborate with RNs , physicians , and therapists to carry out care plans
• Document clinical notes and update care teams as needed
• Uphold infection control and facility care standards

Requirements

• Education:
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Active MA LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing , rehab , or long-term care setting
• Technical Skills:
• Skilled in medication administration , wound care , and EHR documentation
• Soft Skills:
• Compassionate communicator, adaptable, and team-focused
