Your Role:

• Lead therapy sessions through secure online platforms, bringing mental health support to clients where they feel most comfortable.
• Work one-on-one with clients to assess their unique needs and craft personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals.
• Use research-backed techniques to guide clients toward healthier coping strategies and lasting change.
• Help clients overcome challenges and find peace, while creating a sense of hope and empowerment.
• Keep thoughtful, confidential records of client progress to ensure the best outcomes.
• Continue to grow and evolve by engaging in ongoing learning and professional development.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• You hold a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• You are licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
• You have 1-3 years of experience helping people through their mental health challenges, with an understanding of diverse needs.
• You're passionate about the flexibility that remote work provides, and you enjoy helping clients from all walks of life.
• You're committed to staying up to date with new therapeutic practices and sharing that knowledge with your clients.
