Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with a full benefits package

Your Role:

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial evaluations.
• Integrate findings into actionable clinical treatment plans.
• Develop and track goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Document treatment processes and client progress with clarity.
• Communicate progress updates to clients and team members.
• Collaborate with other professionals and maintain strong working relationships.
• Stay alert to ensure safety and high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a counseling-related field.
• Current LPCC license in the applicable state.
• At least three years of counseling experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and digital tools.
• Expertise in conducting detailed assessments.
