Salary:
$110,000 - $130,000 per year with full benefits

Your Role Will Include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating tailored treatment plans.
Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.
Keeping detailed, confidential records of client interactions.
Assessing the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
Guiding clients to additional community resources.
Providing psychotherapy for individuals, groups, and families.
Documenting all therapy sessions and treatments.
Supporting direct patient care when needed.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
An active independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
A minimum of two years of professional experience in the field.
