We are hiring an experienced LMFT to provide high-quality remote therapy services across California. This role focuses on supporting individuals and families dealing with PTSD, emotional challenges, and behavioral concerns. Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions to individuals and groups using methods like CBT and ABA.
- Provide specialized support for clients managing PTSD.
- Oversee case management and ensure timely referrals when needed.
- Maintain detailed records following ICD-9 standards.
- Collaborate with other professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Offer child and family counseling to strengthen relationships.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Valid LMFT license in California.
- At least 2-3 years of clinical experience.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
