We're looking for a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive outpatient behavioral health team in California.

What You'll Do:
- Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families across a diverse spectrum of ages, cultures, and presenting issues
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, case managers, and psychiatrists
- Participate in regular case consultations, supervision (if applicable), and ongoing clinical training
- Help shape a culture of empathy, innovation, and inclusion in mental health care
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in the state of California (no associates or interns at this time)
- A passion for relational work and a deep understanding of systems theory, trauma-informed care, and cultural responsiveness
- Minimum of 1 year post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills
- Willingness to work with a varied caseload (adults, adolescents, families, couples) and openness to hybrid (telehealth + in-person) scheduling
