Base: $185,900$281,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Status: Full-time, Onsite

Leading OR operations manager position overseeing 24/7 surgical services department. Focus on quality care, regulatory compliance, and departmental leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee 24/7 OR operations
Manage clinical and support staff
Ensure regulatory compliance
Budget oversight and resource management
Quality improvement initiatives
Staff development and training
Policy development and implementation
Requirements
Required:
CA RN License
BSN or MSN required
4+ years clinical nursing experience
4+ years leadership experience
BLS Certification
OR management background
Strong regulatory knowledge (Joint Commission, State requirements)
Preferred:
MSN preferred
CNOR certification
5+ years OR management experience
Magnet/shared governance experience
Union environment experience
