Description of Job
The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is hiring a Lead Scheduling & Banner Services Coordinator to join our Academic Affairs division assisting Colorado Online. We are looking for a critical thinker who can communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders across the system. As the Lead Scheduling & Banner Services Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for Colorado Online Consortium members across CCCS for issues related to schedule policies, procedures, and guidelines. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring Colorado Online course sections are accurately listed in Ellucian Banner and work closely with the college and system schedulers to ensure compliance with CCCS and individual college registration practices and procedures. You will answer questions from Registrars, college schedulers, Colorado Online Student Success Liaisons, faculty, instructors, administrators, and other stakeholders to provide expert advice on the management of Colorado Online course sections and related policies.
