As a Lead Backend Engineer at our dynamic tech company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backend architecture and leading a talented team of 5-6 engineers. Your expertise in a diverse tech stack and your leadership skills will be essential in driving our backend projects to success. Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of 5-6 backend engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and timely project completion.
• Participate actively in development using TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS to build dependable and scalable backend systems.
• Efficiently manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases by implementing effective data storage and retrieval strategies.
• Have strong expertise in Elasticsearch.
• Use Neptune and Gremlin to handle complex data structures and their relationships.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and guarantee the delivery of high-quality software.
• Work closely with frontend teams, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
• Plan, track, and report project progress while managing resources effectively to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years? experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
• Extensive background in system architecture and database design.
• Proven leadership skills in managing engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated success in scaling backend systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Previous experience in a comparable leadership position.

• Familiarity with Gremlin, Neptune, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, TypeScript, and BigQuery.
