Our client is hiring a General Manager in Northeast Pennsylvania for their Lawn Care division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-owned business that's in growth mode.
THE WHO: Our client is a well-established, family-owned infrastructure and maintenance contracting service provider with a growing lawn care division. They operate across multiple locations and pride themselves on fostering a people-first culture while delivering exceptional service to their customers.
THE WHAT: You will lead all aspects of the lawn care division, including operations, team management, business development, and strategic growth initiatives across multiple locations. This role requires a strong operational leader who can develop teams, optimize processes, and drive significant business growth.
Requirements
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of upper-level management experience in the lawn care, vegetation management, or greens industry
- Experience managing multiple locations and driving revenue growth
- Strong track record of team development and operational excellence
- Background in budget management and P&L responsibility
- Experience with industry-specific software (like Real Green)
Benefits
THE NUTS & BOLTS: Compensation package includes:
- Base salary: $105,000-$110,000 + Annual Bonus
