Job Description

We are seeking attorneys in law school class years 2019 ? 2022 to join our IP Litigation team. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials and IP experience, particularly with patent and/or technical trade secret litigation. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are highly preferred, as is clerkship experience (particularly CAFC clerkship experience). Experience with PTAB disputes also a plus. The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
