Lateral And Associate Transactional Attorneys

Overview
We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented attorneys to join our transactional team with experience in corporate, real estate, or estate law. Lateral attorneys with 10+ years' experience and associates with 3-5 years' experience in transactional or related areas of practice are encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Conduct legal research.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, estate and probate documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal advice.
• Assist clients with various legal issues ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Participate in client meetings and consultations to gather information and discuss case strategies.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation in accordance with firm policies.

Requirements

• A JD from an ABA accredited law school with a license to practice law in North Carolina or admission pending to the NC Bar are required.
• Strong skills in legal research and legal drafting with a focus on corporate, transactional or estates.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive legal research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and representation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
