Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Tuggle Duggins P.A. is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with an understanding of commercial real estate law and a strong commitment to client service. Knowledge of real estate title law and title examinations would be preferrable. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate practice is required. A book of business is preferred, but not required. Candidate must be licensed in North Carolina. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Based on experience and book of business an expedited equity partner position may be considered. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and business development. Candidate would work with a team of experienced real estate lawyers and paralegals. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. Negotiate, draft, and review, contracts, leases, and other real estate documents. Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance, zoning, and land use issues. Represent clients in negotiations and provide strategic counsel to achieve their objectives. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff across practice areas as needed.
