Job Description


Thompson Coburn is seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of employment litigation experience, including PAGA and class action experience, to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have employment counseling and employment litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to function both independently and within a team environment.

The Firm welcomes applicants who are self-starters, comfortable with client interaction and seeking career development and advancement opportunities. Candidates should be licensed to practice in California.

The salary range for this position in our Los Angeles office is $205,000-$235,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one part of Thompson Coburn?s total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
