Labor & Employment Associate

Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking an associate with 3 - 5 years of labor & employment experience. Cox Castle?s labor & employment practice includes advice and counseling, labor & employment litigation, public works and prevailing wage law, traditional labor work, and ERISA plan and fiduciary counseling and litigation. Candidates must have strong management side employment law experience. Our ideal candidate will have traditional labor experience, although not required.

An excellent academic record and strong research and writing skills are required. The candidate must have experience in document collection and review, case organization, responding to discovery, and drafting pleadings and other briefs. Admission to the California Bar is required.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $220,000 - $260,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. This position is bonus eligible. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
